Will I have ever gotten appreciation of this place and grew to love what suburban idyllic New England is, had not I gone to this place?

Am I doing enough to love this place and time? I always wonder how I should be living, the ways of living that I had forgotten that others inspire or remind me. Not how my life is, but how should I live? How should my life be?
